Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is now seen as essential for business survival and growth. The higher the EQ is, the higher the self-rec ognition the people have on their emotions and the relation between their thoughts and emotions. On the other hand, creativity as a skill has become a crucial concept in today's modern business world. Global modern business pays a significant a????ention on employee creativity (EC) for growth and sustainability. In this book, the aim of the study was to examine and evaluate the mediating role of organizational climate in the association between EQ and EC and the moderating role of employee learning orien- tation. This study contributes to the relevant literature by making managerial suggestions on EQ, organizational climate, and employee creativity to the organizational behavior literature.
