With the developing technology, studies and discoveries, human life has increased by more than 100% compared to two centuries ago. Advances in technology have paved the way to make examinations that were not possible years ago, especially when considered related to health, and even to the treatment of diseases that were thought to be incurable. Moreover, studies keeping up with technological developments have discovered micro-organisms whose names were not known years ago or new organisms that caused diseases, and contributed to the average human lifespan by supporting the drugs or treatments produced for these organisms. However, in today's world, health has grown so much that it cannot be explained in such a simple way and has become a sector. In particular, health systems and applications have been developed and still continue to be developed for the effective and efficient management of this sector. Although the main element of the health system is the trained staff such as doctors, nurses, caregivers and pharmacists who perform the functioning of the system, hospitals are at the forefront of the institutions that are needed in the training of these elements and in directing them to the patients. However, hospitals are divided into many different categories in terms of their characteristics as well as their types. For this reason, it is only possible for a patient who needs help to get the right help with the right awareness and guidance. It is very important to manage hospitals by considering them as a social phenomenon in the health system and to operate them in accordance with the basic purposes of the system. The main purpose of the health system in today's world is to provide high quality health services with higher efficiency and lower cost. In order to achieve this, the human-oriented feature of health management, the flexible structure of the hospital and the healthy functioning of the management system are the basic principles. When evaluated in the light of these data, hospitals should be seen as social living beings, be arranged accordingly, and provide services to their patients in the most effective way within the framework of this operation.
